About the artist
Tang Jia Tat grew up in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and is currently based in Singapore. His interest in drawing was cultivated since childhood when his parents bought him colouring books and comics. Growing up, his drawing skills were nurtured throughout his school life through learning from different art teachers. He later went on to study in The One Academy, an art school in Malaysia.

As he pursues a career in advertising, he does not stop his journey of self-study in portrait and pencil drawing. He enjoys capturing the beauty of movement and stillness of our surrounding using lines and dots.
